It is a place where science and spirit work collaboratively together to help you transition smoothly through life's challenges.  

At Zenwood we understand that one support plan does not fit all. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized plan that fits your specific needs.

• Outreach support.
• Reiki & Healing Massage.

Lyn, the Zenwood Counsellor & Supervisor is clinically registered with the Australian Counselling Association and has over 19 years experience working with children, families and adults who have experienced:

• Trauma
• Grief & Loss
• Low self esteem
• Relationship issues
• Parenting challenges

Lyn also has certificates in Intuitive Healing Massage and has been attuned to Reiki  Masters level.
